This Merchant Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between VectAI SA, a company incorporated in Rolle, Switzerland, operating under the business name "Starise", and the entity or individual who subscribes to the VectAI platform ("Merchant"). This Agreement governs access to and use of the VectAI AI-powered review management platform and associated services.
By subscribing to or using any portion of the Platform, the Merchant agrees to be bound by this Agreement. VectAI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 15 days in advance.
Subscription fees are based on selected plan and number of locations. All fees are payable monthly or annually in advance. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable.
